The Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Reporting (OEPR)<https://dpcpsi.nih.gov/oepr/index>, within the Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives (DPCPSI), Office of the Director (OD), National Institutes of Health (NIH), is recruiting for the position of Health Research Evaluator (GS-14). OEPR provides leadership, coordination, and capacity building to strengthen NIH efforts in strategic planning, progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. As part of this effort, OEPR advances the use of evaluation findings in support of evidence-based decision making, and works to build capacity across the agency for evidence-building activities. We are recruiting for an expert in evaluation and quantitative and qualitative analysis, undertaking evaluative activities including:
* Working across NIH to plan, conduct, and consult on analyses and evaluations of NIH programs, policies, and operations.
* Chairing or serving on cross-Agency working groups to strengthen evaluation and analysis activities at NIH.
* Developing resources to assist NIH staff in planning, conducting, and implementing results from evaluations and other analyses.
